SHIPPING POLICY

Attention!!! We are not liable for lost or stolen packages once they are shipped out and signed.  

Please examine your package before signing for it.
Note: We ship in two packages. (Flat rate envelopes or packages with USPS

WHEN TO REFUSE YOUR PACKAGE!
Flat rate envelope: If the package is evenly flat, please refuse the package.
If it seems hollow, refuse the package.

We only ship product to confirmed addresses.  The address has to confirm via PayPal. If the shipping address is not the same as the billing address connected with you ATM/Debit/Checking Account it will not confirm. Shipping inside the US may take 5-7 business days. We only ship Monday – Friday. For shipping outside the US please allow 6 to 10 business days. All shipping fees will be $20 Flat Shipping Rate, shipping outside the US $25 per bundle including taxes as well.

INTERNATIONAL ORDER

You may incur additional charges via international custom charging policy. You are responsible for these charges whereas DHairBoutique’s shipping cost covers only the importation of your order into your country.

RETURN POLICY

We do not offer refunds. Once your order is placed we can not issue any refunds.

Exchanges: All Hair must be in it’s natural state meaning no dye, no chemicals, Unravel, or no cutting of the weft (unused). You are allowed to exchange hair but you are responsible for all shipping fees unless we are at fault. You are allowed to exchange within 7 days from original purchase for a new bundle no refunds can be issued out. 

PLEASE NOTE:

Boss Lady Collection isn’t responsible for any lost/damage packages. A signature is required on all packages to avoid stolen shipments. We will not issue any refunds if your package is returned to Boss Lady Collection. We will contact you once your package arrives for reshipment. If it return to our location you will be responsible for shipping fee
